Kanesh

Fashion & apparel

Answer size and fit questions while the customer is still deciding.

Kanesh's AI answers on WhatsApp from your size guide, your Shopify catalogue and live order data. Exchanges, and anything else that needs judgement, go to your team with the context.

Illustration: on WhatsApp, a customer asks a fashion store whether a linen dress runs small. Inside Kanesh, the AI reads the store's size guide and the dress's stock by size in the Shopify catalogue, checks the draft against the store's data and rules, and replies that it's a relaxed fit, that her usual M is in stock, with a product link. She then asks about exchanges and the AI quotes the store's exchange policy.

The conversations you get every day

Six questions every fashion brand answers on repeat.

Most of them already have an answer somewhere in your size guide, your catalogue or your policies. The rest need a person.

I'm usually an M. Does this dress run small?

    What the answer needs
Your size guide and the fit notes in the product description.

Your exchange policy, and a person to arrange it.
    In Kanesh

  • Restock

How Kanesh handles them

Your size guide, your catalogue and your orders, in the conversation.

Each answer comes from data you control. When the data doesn't cover the question, the AI doesn't fill the gap: a person does.

  • Size guide and policies as the source

Upload your size guide, fit notes, exchange policy and delivery times. The AI answers from them and doesn't add what they don't say.

    Source: your knowledge base

  • Recommendations from your catalogue

The AI suggests products from your live Shopify catalogue with the price and a link, and says whether a size is in stock before it offers it.

    Source: your Shopify catalogue

  • Order status after verification

“Where is my order?” gets live Shopify data, including shipment and tracking, once the AI has checked the customer is on the order. It can also read the status of a return already open in Shopify.

  • Exchanges handed to your team

The AI explains your exchange policy, then passes the conversation to your team with the reason and what the customer asked. Nobody has to explain it twice.

    Source: your handoff rules

  • Abandoned carts on WhatsApp

A flow can start from a Shopify abandoned cart and send an approved WhatsApp template to customers who opted in.

    Source: Shopify cart events

  • New collections to opted-in customers

Announce drops and new collections as WhatsApp campaigns to people who gave permission, scheduled and paced the way you choose.

    Source: your opted-in audience

What stays with your team

The AI answers questions. It doesn't change orders. These go to a person, with the reason and the context:

  • Arranging an exchange or a return
  • Changing, cancelling or refunding an order
  • Restock dates you haven't published
  • Fit questions your size guide doesn't cover
  • Anything your own rules send to a person

The idea for fashion

Size questions answered before checkout, not after delivery.

A fit doubt is easier to settle in a chat than in a return. Kanesh puts your size guide and fit notes into the conversation while the customer is still deciding, on the channel they already use.

  • Size guide and fit notes quoted, not guessed
  • Stock by size from your Shopify catalogue
  • Your exchange policy explained the same way every time
  • Exchanges arranged by your team, with the context

Questions from fashion brands

Can the AI recommend a size?
It answers from your size guide and the fit notes in your product data. If they don't cover the question, it doesn't guess: the conversation goes to your team with the reason.
Can it process an exchange?
No. It explains your exchange policy and can tell a customer the status of a return already open in Shopify. Arranging the exchange is for your team, and the AI hands it over with the order and what the customer asked.
Can Kanesh tell customers when a size is back in stock?
Not automatically: there is no back-in-stock trigger today. The AI says whether a size is available now, and it only gives a restock date if you've published one in your knowledge base.
Does it work on Instagram DMs too?
Yes. Instagram, Messenger, email and web chat arrive in the same inbox as WhatsApp. On Instagram and Messenger, replies follow Meta's 24-hour messaging window.
Which languages does the AI reply in?
Spanish and English. The interface is also available in both languages.
