Flows
What should happen, happens on its own.
Visual flows that start from a conversation, a Shopify order, an abandoned cart or a Klaviyo segment, and reply, tag, assign or hand over to your team.
Illustration of a flow: when a cart is abandoned, wait one hour, send an approved WhatsApp template to contacts with permission, then wait up to 24 hours for a reply. If the customer replies, the AI agent answers in the inbox and hands off to the sales team when it shouldn't continue. If not, the contact is tagged.
What should happen on its own is done by hand today.
Follow-ups nobody sends
A customer asks, goes quiet after the offer, and nobody writes again.
Carts that go cold
Whoever left a cart half-way hears nothing until the next campaign.
Rules spread across apps
Tagging, assigning, alerting the team: each rule lives in a different tool.
How a flow is built
In one editor, with no code.
- 01
Pick the trigger
A new conversation, a paid order, an abandoned cart, a keyword or entering a Klaviyo segment.
- 02
Add conditions
Filter by stage, tag or channel so each customer takes the right path.
- 03
Wait just enough
Fixed waits, or until the customer replies, so you never write over a live conversation.
- 04
Decide what happens
Send a template or a message, an email, tag, assign, record consent or hand over to a person.
Triggers
Start from what really happens in your store
Flows listen to your conversations, your Shopify orders and your Klaviyo segments.
- New conversation or contact
- No reply after N hours
- Paid order and abandoned cart
- Entering a Klaviyo segment, or time in it
- Keyword, tag added, stage change or inbound webhook
Illustration: a shopper leaves a linen overshirt in the cart. An hour later a flow sends an approved WhatsApp template, only because she has given WhatsApp permission. She asks whether it runs small; the AI answers from the brand's size guide. She taps the tracked link in the template and a paid order follows, labelled attributed.
Follow-ups
Write again when the customer goes quiet
Up to three automatic follow-ups per conversation, respecting quiet hours. If the customer replies, the rest are cancelled.
- Up to three steps, each with its wait
- Quiet hours
- They stop as soon as the customer answers
Illustration of an automatic follow-up ladder with three steps and quiet hours from 21:00 to 09:00. The first follow-up falls at 22:10, inside quiet hours, so it is moved to 09:00. The customer replies at 09:14 and the remaining follow-ups are cancelled. A chart shows synthetic replies per step.
Reply, organise and alert your team
Each step does one clear thing, and the history stays in the conversation.
- Send a WhatsApp template or message, or an email
- Tag, change the stage or resolve
- Assign to a person or hand over to the team
- Record contact consent with its evidence
